Our interview process involves the following steps 1. Pre-screening and assessment 2.Shortlisted candidates- Beginners will go through 6 weeks of government-sponsored and Prochant-specific intense training program on a stipend basis. Shortlisted Candidates with relevant experience will go through 3 weeks of training program on a stipend basis. 3.Employment offer is rendered for qualified candidates and then moved towards on-the-job training and service delivery. Shortlisted candidates with relevant experience may join the Prochant-specific training directly.
 
We are seeking candidates who are willing to learn, articulate, motivated, and aligned with our company values. Specific qualifications will vary depending on the role, but we welcome talent who have experience in customer support and US healthcare.
